Strengthen Your Immune System with Essential Oils

By Misty Rae Cech, ND The true medical aromatherapists around the globe tell us time and time again: the most effective use of essential oils for health is the combating of infectious illness. Aromatherapy in the US is still mostly relegated to support of the psyche - which it does quite well - but study after study continues to confirm the antibacterial and antiviral effects of essential oils, along with their great compatibility with human physiology. Many protocols (detailed instructions) have been translated and published from the European medical aromatherapy literature - information which you can personally incorporate into your own natural health and wellness program. For the uninitiated, essential oils are the volatile aromatic compounds distilled from plants. They are the chemicals that give plants their smell; the luscious aroma of a rose or the sharp scent of peppermint. Plants use these chemicals for, among other things, defense from invaders such as bacteria, fungus and viruses. Each plant's oils have a unique makeup as a result of the plant's own physiology, natural environment, and its potential microbial invaders. Because of their chemical structure, essential oils are easily absorbed into the human body, passing through cell membranes, then further on into the bloodstream due to their 'lipophillic' nature (a structure in alignment with the lipid components of our cell walls). Essential oils can protect us from microbes in many different ways, from keeping the space around us naturally microbe-free, to readying our immune system for defense, to actually destroying the microbes once they've entered our bodies. The first line of defense is keeping your environment cleansed by diffusing essential oils in the air. Get a little nervous when friends or co-workers have a sneezing or coughing fit? Here's an excellent defense tactic - diffuse one or more of the powerful yet pleasant smelling antimicrobial oils into your space. Eucalyptus Radiata is probably the most popular for this; it has been referred to as an 'aromatherapists designer oil' because of its broad range of immune-supportive effects and its pleasant aroma (that is, if you like the smell of Vick's Vapor Rub). Other oils used with a little softer scent are Green Myrtle and Ravensara. A very pleasing yet powerful blend can be made using 3 parts clove bud oil, 5 parts lemon oil, 1 and a half parts Eucalyptus Radiata, 1 and a half parts Rosemary Cineol and 2 parts Cinnamon Bark oil. Use this in a cold-air diffuser which makes a fine mist of the oils, dispersing them throughout your environment for best protection. Beyond your outside environment, it's important to strengthen your own immune system. Essential oils have been studied for their ability to prevent viruses from actually penetrating our cell walls, keeping bacterial levels in check, and cleansing toxins from our bodies. Of the many oil available, two very notable oils are Niaouli MVQ and Bay Laurel (or Laurel Leaf). Both can be applied directly to the body, though if you encounter any skin sensitivity, dilute the oil or discontinue use. Niaouli is a powerful overall fortifier of the immune system; apply 10-20 drops along the meridians of the body directly after the morning shower when the pores are still open and the skin is soft. This is particularly recommended during the 'cold and flu season' to stimulate the body's natural defense mechanisms. Bay Laurel is of great support to the lymph system; a few drops can be applied to the nodes at the neck or armpits for immediate relief of swollen glands in many cases. Using a few drops on the solar plexus in the same manner as Niaouli described above once or twice a week will also provide general immune system support (Laurel may have sensitizing effects on the skin if used continuously for long periods - do not use more frequently than necessary for best effects). Once a bacteria or viral infection has set it, treating it with essential oils can be a little more complex. The difficulty lies in finding the proper oil for one's particular illness, as some oils are excellent against certain microbial strains, though these same oils may not be the right choice in other instances. Prevention with immune stimulant oils as above is best; however, at the very first signs, application of 10-20 drops to the skin of both Eucalyptus Radiata and Bay Laurel essential oils to the skin in the steam of a shower (so that the skin is more porous) is called for. Eucalyptus can be applied to the chest and back, whereas Bay Laurel should be applied directly to the lymph nodes to support the immune response. The vast majority of individuals will have no sensitivity response to such application - if, however, any skin irritation is noted, apply diluted to 5% in a carrier oil such as olive oil hazelnut oils. Green Myrtle can be used in cases of bronchial infection where Eucalyptus may be found to strong an aroma. Ravensara used in the same manner is called for in cases of colds and flu - it can be a stronger antiviral than the above mentioned oils, and has a pleasing aroma. In general, Eucalyptus Radiata and Globulus, Green Myrtle and Ravensara can be applied to the skin (dilute if any sensitivity is suspected) or used with a diffuser or inhaler to loosen mucus and support the body's cleansing process. Rosemary Verbenone is indicated for sinusitis and bronchitis - The medical aromatherapy literature indicates this may be inhaled, applied topically in small amounts, or even ingested (with great caution) one drop two or three times daily. Also, one drop of Bay Laurel can be taken internally at the onset of a sore throat, as it directly supports the lymph system in the area. When choosing your own self-healing methods as part of your overal natural health and wellness program, it is important to choose the proper modality for each situation. Conventional medicine has it's place, and should absolutely be employed when it will provide the best results. When it comes to common colds, the results have not been so dramatic. Alternative therapies have offered a reasonable solution, and can be effective if used wisely and with discretion. There are many helpful texts available for the use of essential oils as medicines - Advanced Aromatherapy and Medical Aromatherapy, both by Dr. Kurt Schnaubelt, are excellent sources for the intermediate to advanced practitioner. Be aware of your own body's sensitivity to any essential oil and adjust usage accordingly, and seek professional advice whenever necessary. The author, Misty Rae Cech, ND is a degreed naturopath with a professional practice in Boulder, Colorado. She is a consultant to Ananda Aromatherapy, a resource for wildcrafted and organic therapeutic grade essential oils and blends, plus a host of information for using aromatherapy in your own life. Relationships: Control or Kindness

By Margaret Paul, Ph.D. What Do You See When You Look at Your Partner? When Carmella looks at Rudy, she sees his insecurity and withdrawal, which she does not find attractive. She sees his neediness when he pouts over not having sex. She sees his lack of motivation he is not a go-getter. She sees his growing potbelly, which is the result of a lack of exercise. As a result of seeing all these defects, Carmella is thinking of leaving Rudy. Instead of feeling loving toward Rudy, she finds herself being more and more critical of him. The problem is that Carmella is seeing only Rudys outer self and his ego wounded self the part of him that comes from fear and false beliefs. But this is NOT who Rudy really is. Carmella fell in love with Rudy because of his sweetness, warmth, sensitivity, creativity, and sense of humor. Rudy still has all of these wonderful qualities they are who he really is. Yet this is not what Carmella sees now when she looks at Rudy. Rather than just leave the relationship, Carmella and Rudy sought my help. It soon became apparent that Carmellas intention in the relationship was far more focused on controlling Rudy than on loving her self and him. Having an innately sensitive nature, Rudy felt crushed by the criticism and had learned to retreat to protect himself from the rejection he so often experienced with Carmella. He loved her very much, but he didnt feel loved by her. When he tried to talk with her about it, she just defended herself and attacked him even more. Over time, he had learned to just withdraw. Both Carmella and Rudy were intent on controlling each other rather than being kind and caring to themselves and each other. Carmella was trying to get Rudy to be more assertive and motivated with her criticism, while Rudy was try to have control over how Carmella felt about him by being quiet, and was trying to control his pain with his withdrawn. Both of their forms of control were causing problems in the relationship. Carmella, I said to her. In any given moment, you have the choice to look at Rudy and see his wounded self with all his fears and insecurities, or you have the choice to see his true Self, his essence. Rudy has a beautiful, sensitive, caring, sweet essence. And he loves you very much. But in order to fully express himself with you, he needs to be seen and valued by you for all his wonderful qualities. As Alison Armstrong states in her wonderful book, Keys To The Kingdom, you are turning a prince into a frog. Then I spoke with Rudy. Rudy, I really understand that Carmellas criticism of you feels devastating to you. But withdrawing is not a loving way of taking care of your self. Your inner child needs for you to speak up for him. When Carmella is critical of you, instead of withdrawing, you need to say something like, This feels terrible. I hate it when you treat me this way. I hate being criticized by you. I dont like it when you try to control me and get me to be the way you think I should be. Carmella is not aware of being so critical, and she is not aware of the effect her criticism is having on you. You need to be willing to risk speaking up for yourself rather than withdrawing. Both Carmella and Rudy agreed to practice being kind to themselves and to each other. Carmella worked hard to see the Rudy she fell in love with. Rudy started to speak up for himself when Carmella was critical, and started to feel better about him self as a result. Through the power of kindness to themselves and each other, their relationship is healing. Brides Can Add a Personal Touch to Wedding With Do-it-Yourself Flowers

By Jo Linde Do-it-yourself wedding flowers have become more popular in recent years as resources for creating them have become more available. However, many women do not have the time or other means to take advantage of this option. One simple alternative is to do a little of both hire a professional florist to handle the bulk of the flowers and save some DIY projects for yourself. Take on Only What is Realistic Some brides might like the idea of lovingly creating every arrangement, bouquet and boutonniere. However, that romantic notion often goes out the window after several hours of work results in only miscalculations, wasted supplies and endless frustration. A good rule is to take on only a few DIY arrangements, ones that will mean the most. For some, this might be the bridal bouquet. If that project seems a bit too high-profile, consider smaller touches. Hand-crafted corsages for the mothers of the bride and groom would take on special meaning. Realistically decide on what projects you could complete, and leave the rest to your florist. An already overwhelmed bride-to-be should use her DIY projects as a way to release stress, not create more. Consulting with a florist is a great place to start. Ask for advice on which arrangements are good for DIY projects. A good florist will share ideas, designs and other information that the bride can use to create her DIY wedding flowers. Working together with the florist will ensure that the DIY flowers complement the professional arrangements. DIY Isnt Just About Saving Money Using DIY wedding flowers in combination with a professional florist offers many advantages. Saving money is definitely one of those benefits sometimes up to 50 percent or more of a florists cost. However, DIY wedding flowers can offer something more valuable than money: time, memories and a personal touch. Some brides have the resources to create every last floral arrangement themselves. However, most women dont have the time, patience or creativity to spare. But by taking on just a few DIY projects, busy brides can still enjoy a sense of accomplishment and pride that no amount of money can buy. Plus, they always have the security of knowing they can call on their florist to help with any unfinished work. Of all the wedding day expenses, flowers will be one of the few things that last, through photographs, scrapbooks and other mementos. DIY wedding flowers also give the bride an opportunity to invite bridesmaids, friends and family even the kids to have a hand in making the wedding come to life. Just the time spent with loved ones, sitting around a table creating bouquets and centerpieces, will create a lifetime of memories. Resources to Get Started and Stay Motivated Creating arrangements takes not only creativity, but also other skills such as budgeting, time management, organizing and delegating. Questions in these areas will most definitely come up as brides begin their DIY projects. The Internet is an invaluable resource when researching DIY wedding flowers, from photos and instructions to wholesale florists and consultants. With the help of the Web, every bride has instant access not only to the wedding flowers of her choice, but also to endless resources for designing and planning. Still yet, many brides still want guidance from someone with know-how. Web sites such as Wedding Flowers-DIY.com give brides the best of both worlds easy-to-follow DIY projects and access to professional help. By combining the benefits of DIY wedding flowers and the expertise of a florist, wedding flowers can have both a professional, polished look and the personal touch and memory-worthy experience that every bride wants. Sounds Good To Me - A Bullied Bully

By Kacy Carr All our lives we have lived under threat from government laws that supposedly are to be in our best interest. This government now needs to take an interest in a mightier force where we fear for our lives and confined to our homes because of the street Bully. A visit to the corner shop to fetch a pint of milk can lead to receiving a pint of blood in a casualty ward. If the government is to impose new laws in our best interest then that is to take action with a view on sentencing the Bully with an eye for eye attitude. What is it going to take for the law to change and sort matters, how much more unnecessary blood spillage from innocent victims in hospital wired up to a machine acting as proxy for his/her last breath. Yobbos/bullies will carry on with their tirade of abuse using their fists feet and weapons on the defenceless because of the recognition received after conviction. The reward for crimes committed a warm bed, 3 hot meals, a wage at the end of the week and no rent to pay for the roof over their heads. This isn't punishment for a Bully who cripple/maim or kills.
Sever punishment levels have to be administered on the Bully before the next victim is left brain dead fighting for his/her life for reasons unknown to them selves. Bring back the ball/chain, hit them where it hurts take away the designer gear and replace with the arrow suit. However changing the laws for a stronger approach on sentences for the evil doer (Bully) is not enough if we can not catch them. First and foremost we need more law and enforcement patrolling our streets, how do you catch a criminal if sitting behind a desk. This government needs to double the number in boys of blue and get them out there saving the day (or a life) instead of wasting time on which politician is sleeping with who. I say a prayer as I write, for those who may have lost someone close who was victimised by a Bully or still are; do not suffer in silence, please get help. The Bully has to be stopped and quick, a Bully does not work alone without accomplices, his gang so as to speak. Give him the gang alright, The Chain Gang, as I stated earlier an eye for an eye how about throwing in a tooth for tooth as well. To do something with your life may just save your life. Something To Pout About

By Jonathon Hardcastle You'll find it in nearly every female's handbag; the woman of today is armed with her lipstick to alter and rejuvenate her mood and take on the world. Some women admit they feel naked without it. Other shudder at the thought of stepping out of their houses without that vibrant smear across their mouths. An ordinary lipstick contains a variety of waxes, oils pigments. In recent years, ingredients such as moisturizers, vit etc have been added to keep lips soften. You're sure to find it in every female's purse, be it on a frenzied shopping spree at a local mall, or a mundane day at work. By wearing it women feel transformed, so ladies daub that tube of color on your lips, which makes a girl feel a women and a women feel like a princess! That's the magic of the lipstick wand. These days shopping for the right lipsticks requires no less decision making competence and complications as those involved in the development of a new microprocessor for the computer. While man batter their brains in bringing out new technology, women make no less effort in using their brains in choosing a lipstick to buy. First, is the matter of choosing most reliable brand. With so many newly emerging brands and more compromising quality for lower prices they offer, it is never easy to say which one stand out from the rest. If that's not enough for a headache, try choosing a right color or right shade for a lipstick. With an enormous variety of colors available, they seem to come up with a new shade almost every other weak and then there is variety of types available. You see, choosing right lipsticks not only about the right brand and giving the right look to the lips, a big role in the decision is played by the feel it has to the lips. Women prefer wearing lighter colors during the day, especially during summers in the bright sunlight. During the evenings however it is time to bring out the darker shades from your drawers. Lipsticks also comes in different styles such as glossy and matte finished, these days glossy ones are in fashion. A man has always considered themselves to be the superior sex. They consider their brains and decision making power far better then the women. If only women had used the time and thought they put into buying a lipstick, into something more useful, the world would probably be a century more advanced than it already is. The Oohs and Ahhs Factor

By Bonnie Ray Second only to watching the bride come down the aisle is the delightful treat of watching the flower girl or girls precede her. These adorable additions to the wedding party, along with the ring bearer decked out in his tiny tux, are something that we all look forward to seeing at each wedding that we attend. Most little girls love to dress up and the thought of dressing like a princess will thrill your flower girl. She will most likely relish the idea that shes an important part of your big day! While you want to emphasize the importance of her role, make sure you dont do it in a way that will make her nervous and unable to perform her duties when the day arrives. This should be a fun day for her, but she still needs to know that her role is vital. Spending some additional time with her at the rehearsal should be good enough to ensure a successful walk down the aisle. Flower girls can proceed down the aisle before the maid-of-honor or immediately in front of the bride herself. Occasionally a flower girl will be accompanied by the ring bearer and they will make an adorable couple as them march to the front where the groom awaits his bride. The childrens parents should be seated near the front, just in case one of the little ones decides he or she doesnt want to stand up there for very long. One way to ease the worry of your flower girl(s) is to have her attend your shower and your bridesmaids luncheon. Once she gets to know the other attendants, shell be more apt to relax and feel confident when its her turn to head down the aisle. Of course, this isnt an issue if she already knows the bridesmaids because everyone is related. What exactly do you want your flower girl(s) to be doing when shes walking down the aisle? Traditionally, she should scatter rose petals for the bride to walk upon. This is symbolic as a token of beauty. It is also thought to symbolize the bride walking down the path of a new life. Some facilities will not allow the scattering of rose petals. If this is the case, there are other options available. One is to have your flower girl(s) drop silk rose petals in the aisle. They can be so realistic looking, that no one will realize that theyre silk. The flower girl basket can be filled with silk rose petals, or it can simply be a basket of flowers that she carries. Another trend that is gaining in popularity is the pomander, a cylinder covered in flowers that is carried almost like a handbag. In the case where the facility wont allow any petals, fresh or otherwise, to be dropped in the aisle, having this young attendant carry a pomander or a flower girl basket with an arrangement in it will still draw the oohs and ahhs! Make sure you check with the facility where the ceremony will take place as to whether or not the scattering of petals is allowed. Then you can go ahead and order your flower girl basket and get on with your other plans. Bonnie Goodwin Ray has more than sixteen years experience in the wedding industry. She is the author of Wedding Planning Made Easier and has become a leading expert in silk wedding bouquets design. Doesn't Charity Begin at Home Also?

By Arnold Nadler A few years ago there was terrible tsunami in Indonesian. I definitely felt bad for the people in that country that endured such devastation. Our Canadian government sent millions of our tax dollars in relief, and many Canadians send their own personal money to help the victims. Canadians are taught to have a global conscience, which in many ways is a good thing. However we do have our own crises right here, how come people seem to ignore whats going on in their own backyard? Homeless people In our nations capital just down the street from our parliament, there are literally hundreds of homeless displaced people walking the streets, enduring the cold winters, and are looked down upon because they ask for spare change from folks passing by. I think one of the biggest reasons people our immune to this problem, is there are just so many of these homeless people hitting them up all the time. Wouldnt that in itself set off alarm bells for people in general? Do we figure that there are plenty of soup kitchens, and they can always finding lodging at the local mission? Maybe their problems run a bit deeper, and they need help to get their lives back on track, just like the people who were in trouble in Indonesia. These people our Canadians, why are we not putting more of our tax dollars in relief, and allowing them to have the dignity of getting their lives back on course, too? Social assistance programs- With tens of thousands of people losing jobs every year, our social assistance programs are being taxed to max, and with an increase in people needing medical attention, do we really have the extra money to send to other people half way around the world? Shouldnt we take care of all our own issues first, and then with any of our spare funds be charitable? Education- We all had been taught at a young age that a good education is the key to a successful life. If this is true, how come our governments have made so many budget cuts too our education system? Our elementary students are not getting books, but photocopies, and parents are constantly being asked to support their childrens schools through different fundraisers. In the university level education the government has cutback on grants and loans. If we cant afford to invest in our own countries future, by having financial programs in place for those who need it, where are we finding the money to help other people in other countries? Not everyone will agree with my views and that is ok with me. I have written this article for two reasons. Personally I cant really do anything about this situation, but hopefully I have given you something to think about. Thats where change starts. I truly believe charity should start at home!!! Rare Depression Glass Pieces

By Murray Hughes Depression Glass - The Rare Pieces Did you know that if you happen to have a crystal (clear) and
pink Depression Glass refrigerator bowl in the Crisscross
pattern in good condition and with its original cover, that its
valued at between $300 and $335? Or that Shirley Temple
cream pitcher your grandmother keeps in the back of her upper
cabinet could bring up to $1,250 at auction? If you didnt, then
youve been in the dark about rare Depression Glass pieces and
their values! Here are a few pieces for which knowledgeable
Depression Glass collectors stay on constant lookout: The Ruby Red Aladdin Beehive Lamp Made for only six months during 1937, this lamp currently
brings anywhere from $700 to $950 if it can be found!
Most collectors owning this piece understandably do not have
any interest in letting go of it, which makes it even rarer.
The color of the glass in the Aladdin series of ruby lamps varies
from a light red with an amber tint to dark, rich red, with the
deeper reds fetching more interest with todays collectors. So
if you have this lamp with the trademarked Aladdin on it
wick-raising knob, youve truly got yourself a prize! Cambridge Glass Companys Blue Cleo Etched and Footed
Sugar Sifter Although the Cleo pattern, introduced by Cambridge in
1930, was produced in a variety of colors such as amber,
green, crystal (clear), peach, and gold, it was and still is
the blue that attracts buyers. Along with the oil bottle with
its original stopper, the footed sugar sifter proves to be the
hardest to find and, subsequently, the most costly when it is
unearthed. These sugar sifters, usually seen only in books or
magazines or, if youre lucky, in a Depression Glass club
members private collection, can be had, reluctantly, for
anywhere from $900 to more than $1,000. So if you encounter
one in person, just look -- dont touch it! Ruby Flower Center Flying Lady Bowl The story surrounding the origins of the Flying Lady bowl
makes owning the piece that much more interesting and
makes the piece more valuable! In Ohio, where the Cambridge
Glass Company called home, glassworkers visited a traveling
circus that had come into town. A beautiful lady performer, a
German trapeze artist, so amazed the glassworker/circus
visitors, that they designed a mold in her honor. Flying Lady
bowls come in several types of glass and patterns with prices
usually in the $400 range, depending upon their condition. But
the Queen Mother of this set called the Statuesque series
lies with the ruby, flower-centered Flying Lady bowl. This
precious piece garners upward of $2000 and more when found
in mint condition. An interesting side note about this piece:
When ministers visited those of their flock who owned the
Flying Lady bowl, they were spared the vision of her nudity.
Parishioners made sure she had been safely and discreetly
tucked away during visits from the preacher! These are just a few of the Depression Glass eras most
sought-after pieces, but many more remain to raise the
eyebrows of even the most deep-pocketed glass collectors.
Some of these pieces can only be found in Depression Glass
museums or, as mentioned, in private collections. But some
albeit a tiny few still remain out there somewhere, just waiting
for some incredibly lucky finder to discover them. Could that lucky person be you? Youll never know unless you
try, so get to hunting! Until next time, Murray Hughes http://www.depressionglasssecrets.com/DPweb-articles/rare-depression-glass.html If you enjoyed this article by Murray Hughes, then visit

Relationships: 12 Keys to Rescuing Any Relationship, Permanently

By Lee Watters Do you dream about the perfect relationship? How would you feel? What would you do together? How spectacular could it be? That seemingly too-good-to-be-true relationship is what the Universe, Higher Power, God, Source -- whichever name you prefer -- wants you to have. Too-good-to-be-true is your destiny calling, in all areas of your life. Most people have a picture of what an ideal relationship should be. But as you think about people you know, how many are actually living it? Are you? Or are you struggling through a broken, frustrating, painful or even mildly imperfect relationship? That's just not any fun, is it? All your relationships should be play, not work. You can easily trade the less-than-perfect relationships you're in for the inspiring and nurturing relationship you've always dreamed about having -- without trading in your mate or your family or your friends. Practice these 12 behaviors and beliefs, and I guarantee you'll see wonderful changes in a short amount of time. 1. The Universe delivers exactly what you focus on, so focus ONLY on the things you love about your partner. Ignore the rest. Period. 2. Reality is exactly what you believe it is. Great relationships work because the partners know they work. If you see any relationship in your life as troubled, or unsatisfying, it is. If you see it as improving, growing and fun, it is. 3. The only life you control is your own. You decide what to feel, what questions to ask and what to focus on. No one else can create problems in your life unless you allow them to by taking their emotional stuff on as your own. And that's not good for either of you. 4. The only weight problem most of us have is emotional weight. You choose every reaction and emotion you feel. Nothing anyone else does or says has any emotional weight unless you choose to pile it on. Practice attaching calm instead of anger, understanding instead of recrimination, love instead hurt. Make conscious choices about how to feel. 5. Not knowing what you want in a relationship -- especially a romantic one -- is like going to the airport and asking for a ticket to "somewhere." If you don't know what you want, how can the Universe deliver it to you? Dream up a shopping list of what aspects and traits you want in your ideal partner, and about what a perfect relationship would feel like and be like. But don't list the things you don't want -- you don't do that when you go to the store, do you? If you can't come up with good things from your own relationship experience, list what you like about your friends' relationships and partners. 6. Be in the moment. You only live each moment once, and you can't live in the past or in the future. And what you focus on in each day's 86,400 moments sets up what will happen in the next moment. Your relationships are perfect in each moment -- and so are you. Savor each moment, and each moment becomes timeless, as does the relationship. 7. Find a partner who is perfect for you now, then grow together. If you latch onto partners who will be perfect "someday," your moments will be filled with noticing that he or she isn't perfect for you, which will attract more imperfection and frustration. 8. Use the power of questions for good instead of evil. Higher Power only answers what you ask. Instead of disempowering questions like "Why can't I have an exciting, loving relationship?" ask "What would a fantastic relationship feel like?" Or "What's a fun way to find my perfect partner?" 9. Understand that conflict with your partner is nothing more than one or both of you being temporarily out of emotional balance. Rather than spiraling into a fight, step back and allow both of you to regain your balance. 10. Recognize that how others respond to you mirrors exactly what you're asking for. They live up to your expectations. 11. Be centered, happy and allowing your connection to the Universe. Be peace, joy and love, and your partner will be, too. 12. You get exactly what you settle for in life -- no more and no less. So don't settle for anything less than relationships that feel great! Keeping Your Man and His Heart

By HemRaj Singh Dating is not a matching game. You are not out there to find a suitable match for yourself. Are you? You are there to find someone you could spend quality time with and also have a few nice moments. Whether or not this encounter concretes into anything lasting is best left to the future. So, the first and the foremost, do not start with mindset of getting Mr. Right for yourself because in that case you are most likely to get nervous at the very sight of someone who even remotely looks like something of the proverbial knight in the shining armor. And if you got nervous, you would look like a babe in the woods rather than a woman of substance. Believe me, there is nothing quite as unexciting for men as a woman who falls so readily. Forget not, men are chasers and how much value they place upon the catch depends upon how long they had to struggle to get it. So, relax, hold your head up, and walk on like you dont care if the world was to end in a few moments. Second thing, dont ever think that a man -- any man -- is too good for you. Never be overawed by men, no matter what they look like, behave like or feel like. Stay in control because someone has to control things around and if it is not your, it will be him. Thirdly, mix sincerity with detachment. Ask the fellow out with confidence and without even a hint of condescension. Treat him with respect but do not look swooning over him. Keep yourself detached form the person. Do not fear rejection but keep yourself detachedly ready for it.
Do not be a part of the crowd. That you are different should be so apparent from the way you dress, talk and carry yourself as to make it virtually impossible for men to keep their eyes off you. Here, one thing must always be kept in mind -- that being different is different from being a show off. Your desire to attract should be well concealed under impregnable layers of elegance, or else youll be considered a cheap show instead of a classy damsel. During a conversation with your desired one, keep your smile on and keep nodding as though you were hearing everything and were interested in every bit of what he says even if what he is talking is insufferable. The first date is no time to tell the fellow as to how little you like his constant jabbering about baseball or volleyball or basket ball or whichever ballgame he is into.
When on date, decide where you want to draw the line and stick to it. Keep things firmly under your control, and never give it over to the man. If it is your first date, it is advisable that you keep some distance because getting too close at such an early stage may give him wrong impressions about you. Men take dating as fun, you, too, should. Do not take it too seriously, for that may leave you heartbroken at the end of the day. You are the woman and you are in-charge. Never forget that. http://freelancer-hemraj.blogspot.com/ Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=HemRaj_Singh http://EzineArticles.com/?Keeping-Your-Man-and-His-Heart&id=355353 ambien generic vs

10 Simple Rules for Online Dating Success

By Trevor Taylor In theory, online dating is the ideal way to meet your 'perfect match', yet a surprisingly small percentage of members are actually successful in finding what they seek online. There are, however, some simple guidelines, which if implemented, will greatly increase your chances of success in the online dating arena. 1. Firstly, it is important that you choose the ideal dating website to suit your particular interest. There are now many niche areas in online dating, for example sugardaddyhaven.com or sports-dating.com and you should use the search engines to find a selection of dating websites where you consider you are most likely to find your ideal date. 2. Once you have located websites in the niche area of online dating that suit you most, always visit a handful of them and look for the administrator contact link. Send an email to the admin of each website, asking how many full paying members they have in their database. A well administered dating website should reply to your email within a couple of hours. Admin is all important, and will be 24/7 on a quality dating site. 3. Never join a free dating website if you are serious about finding a mate. 'Free For All' sites are often littered with incomplete profiles, and not taken seriously by their membership. A free trial period is good, but before making your choice of website to join, check out the member facilities. Do they have a chat room, video chat, a forum, instant messenger etc. Be wary of dating sites that do not allow you to search members before joining. 4. One last thing before you decide on your ideal dating site. Many dating sites are being infiltrated by scammers often from Africa, Ghana, Nigeria or Singapore. The IP addresses from these areas can be blocked by dating sites to save genuine members from being hassled. A good dating site will use these blocking tactics, and it's worth asking the question. 5. Once you make your choice and register with a dating website, you need to create a profile. Keep to the truth, but make yourself come across as interesting as possible, and be reasonably accurate in describing the type of partner you seek. Including a photograph will certainly increase your chances of being noticed. 6. When sending emails to other members, always be polite and courteous, especially in the first contact email. First impressions are very important. Always reply to every email you receive from other members, even if it's only to inform them that you are not interested. 7. Never give out your bank account or social security details to anyone. Do not be fooled by requests for money from people you just met no matter how convincing their story is or how beautiful or handsome their photos appear. Be aware that the photos are almost certainly not really them at all but merely photos of models copied from the Internet. The moment you are asked for money, cease all conversations with that member and report the scam to the administrators. 8. Once you open up contact with a member who you think may interest you, take your time in getting to know them well. You now have the opportunity to exchange relevant details about each other, and exchange photographs. However, in the early communications, don't believe all you are told. Trust will come in time. 9. Photographs often display the date on which they were taken, but be aware that some members will use old photographs in an effort to make themselves appear younger than they actually are. If your dating site has video cam facilities, you can get to see each other in real time which is useful in determining your prospective mate's current appearance. 10. If you do decide to meet another member for real, always suggest meeting in a busy area, and keep the first meeting short. Chemistry is something you just cannot measure through the Internet. It wouldn't be much fun spending a weekend with someone who you shared no chemistry with. So these are just a few simple but important guidelines which hopefully will make your online dating experience a pleasant one. Remember that they are only guidelines and not rules. Everyone is different and you will need to explore together in order to discover the higher ground.. The Validity Of Security Interests In Medicare Receivables

By John Waller Lock Realty Corp. v. U.S. Health LP, which was the backdrop of my December 14, 2006 article, continues to be a lawyers dream in terms of complexity and challenges. The case also continues to be educational for creditors that need to protect their rights in deals gone bad. The lawsuit, which is pending in the Northern District of Indiana under case number 3:06-cv-487, involves six different law firms, as well as the U.S. Attorneys Office, and nine parties. The February 27, 2007 opinion from Judge Robert L. Miller, Jr., 2007 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 14578, addresses a priority dispute over accounts receivable, specifically Medicare receivables. The parties. In this piece of the case, secured creditors National City Bank (Nat City) and Health Care Services (HCS) battled judgment creditor Lock Realty. The secured creditors sought an order directing AdminiStar Federal, the entity responsible for processing the Medicare claims of Americare (a nursing home business), to pay them funds that represent their secured interests in the A/R of Americare. HCS provided housekeeping services for Americare nursing homes and, in lieu of immediate payment, took a secured interest in Americares A/R. Nat City took an interest in Americares A/R to secure payment under a loan agreement with an affiliate of Americare. In November of 2005, before Lock Realty became a judgment creditor, Nat City and HCS perfected their security interests through the filing of appropriate financing statements with the Indiana Secretary of State. Priority. A prior perfected security interest is superior to a judgment lien. See, Ind. Code 26-1-9.1-317 and 322. HCS and Nat City filed appropriate financing statements with the Secretary of State. They perfected their security interests in Americares A/R before Lock Realty became a judgment creditor. As such, HCA and Nat City had superior claims to the funds. Validity: the anti-assignment statute. The more meaty issue related to the validity of the security interests in the first place. Lock Realty argued that the funds at issue were Medicare payments and that the federal anti-assignment statute rendered the interests in the A/R unenforceable. The opinion gets into an involved and technical discussion of the anti-assignment statute, 42 U.S.C. 1395g(c). Generally, the statute prohibits Medicare funds from being paid directly to someone other than the provider. The statute does not, however, prohibit someone other than the provider from receiving the funds if they first flow through the provider. As a fundamental proposition, therefore, lenders can secure loans by Medicare receivables. In Lock, neither secured party had a right to file a claim for direct payment of Medicare funds. The rights flowed through the medical provider. [N]either [HCS nor Nat City] could receive Medicare funds pursuant to their arrangement without subsequent judicial enforcement of the security agreement. Lien enforcement. Whether and how the subject security interests could be enforced was a critical question in Lock. Judge Miller held that, although federal law preempts non-judicial enforcement of the such security interests under the UCC, HCS and Nat City ultimately could receive direct payment by court order. The financing arrangements of HCS and Nat City were valid and in accord with the anti-assignment statute. Judge Miller merely enforced the security agreements. His court-ordered assignment, which directed payment from AdminiStar to the secured parties, did not violate the anti-assignment statute. Cliff notes. Judge Millers February 27 opinion teaches us that (1) a prior security interest is superior to a judgment lien, (2) a lender can take a valid security interest in the Medicare A/R of a medical provider and (3) the enforcement of the security interest the right to directly receive the money requires a court order. If youre a commercial lending institution with loans secured by governmental Medicare payments, you or your lawyer should study Judge Millers opinion further. Also, stay tuned for additional court commentary that may arise out of this fairly complex lawsuit. Lenders who deal with nursing home borrowers and related entities will continue to learn from the issues being litigated in Lock Realty. John D. Great Flying Tips for the Paper Airplane Enthusiast!

By Sara Gray Okay, so youve mastered the art of making paper airplanes, now its time to learn some great paper airplane flying tips to make them fly better than ever. Speed
Because the way a plane is designed and made, it will like certain angle and speeds depending on what kind of paper airplane it is. For Dart paper airplanes, since they are thin and sleek, they like fast throws either at eye-level or higher. Glider paper airplanes are for slow flying. They have a wide, flat shape and prefer a slower, more gentle push to make them work the best. The best angle for Gliders is either at eye-level or at a more downward angle. Stunt paper planes can be thrown at practically any angle, and at various speeds, you just need to experiment. The best paper airplanes for indoor flying would be Darts and slow Gliders that only need calm air and not a lot of space. Remember, never aim a paper airplane at someones face. It could easily hurt an eye or two! The best planes to fly outside would be the more rugged types like Stunts, high-flying Gliders, and smaller Darts. These types can handle more airspace and air currents that wouldnt normally be found inside. Lift vs. Gravity
When you drop a piece of paper no matter what the shape it falls immediately to the ground. This of course, is gravity. But if you throw your piece of paper or airplane, something holds it in the air a little longer. That something is lift and its a force just like gravity. In flight, lift and gravity are constantly fighting over the little ol paper airplane. As long as lift wins, the plane goes up. But when gravity takes over, and it always will, your plane will crash to the ground. Lift is helped or not, by the types of wings built on your plane, the elevators or ailerons used, etc. You just have to experiment with each of your paper airplanes to find the right balance. Angle of Attack
The planes wings make an incline when oncoming air hits it. This is called the angle of attack. Most planes, the wings are higher than the back. So, when you throw or push a plane into the air, the rush of air hits the bottom of the wing and bounces off. This bouncing off air pushes the wing upward, giving the plane lift. Thrust vs. Drag
We know now, that gravity and lift control how high or low a plane can go. Thrust and drag is what changes the speed of your paper aircraft. Thrust is any force that makes an airplane move forward. In paper airplanes, the only thrust your plane gets is from you throwing it. Thrust for metal planes comes from jets and propellers. Drag is what air does to a plane to slow it down. The faster a plane moves, the more air hits it and the more air pushes it. The bigger your wings are, the more air hits the plane and this causes drag. This is the reason why Gliders go slower than Darts. What keeps a plane in the air? An amount of thrust that can defeat gravity and drag. Get that super bionical arm working and you COULD have your plane going forever! If only that were true! Heres a good rule to go by: small wings = less drag = faster flight. Large wings = more drag = slower flight. Put these tips into practice and become a MASTER paper airplane pilot. Happy Flying! Sara Gray is a Mom and graphic designer with a love for anything made of paper. She's created a fun place to go learn all about Paper Airplanes, its history, interesting facts, loads of fascinating tidbits of paper airplane lore, and offers free downloadable paper airplane designs at Easy Paper Airplanes. Hearing Voices. Seeing Things

By Michael Tummillo Perhaps, by now, you've heard the unthinkable story about the woman in San Fransisco who was seen dropping her young sons into San Francisco Bay. Lashuan Harris, described as mentally ill by her own family members, claimed she had been hearing voices. The 23-year told investigators she had stopped taking her anti-psychotic drug once she got her schizophrenia symptoms under control over the summer, but the voices returned Tuesday night and were with her when she dropped her children into the water, according to a law-enforcement summary obtained by The Associated Press. You may recall the prosecution of a woman named Andrea Yates, who confessed to drowning her five children in 2001. A Houston Post article read: HOUSTON - Andrea Yates never told her husband that she heard voices and saw visions that she said led to her eventually drowning her five children last June... "She kind of described it as her dark period, that she was in a dark place," Russell Yates said, referring to his wife's two suicide attempts two years before she killed her children. MORE COMMON THAN WE CARE TO IMAGINE Hearing voices and seeing hallucinations are becoming quite commonplace. Some high-visibility celeb is bound to come out of the closet and make "voice-hearing" all the rage. I watched "Field of Dreams" a few weeks ago, a film in which the leading man hears a voice from his corn field. "If you build it, he will come," the voice says. Ultimately, he winds up playing catch with his dead father, saving the family farm in the process. Weird. Two thumbs down. WAY down. I'm convinced, folks, that the reason the Scriptures refer to the Holy Spirit as "holy" is to distinguish Him from all the UNHOLY spirits Satan has unleashed, set out to destroy people's lives. "My sheep listen to My voice; I know them and they follow Me," said Jesus Christ in John 10:27. Respected Christian counselor, Neil Anderson, writes: During a conference, I noticed a lady who wouldn't sing with the rest of the group and seemed quite agitated. She slipped me a note after a morning session: "Please don't leave town without helping me. I have been diagnosed as having multiple personalities and a dissociative disorder. "During our time together the Lord revealed that when she was seven years old a terrifying dark presence appeared in her room. It told her it would kill her unless she granted its request to share her body. The presence didn't leave until the day we met
together. Later she wrote: "I started hearing voices and having imaginary friends when I was seven years old. Bulimia began at age 10, promiscuity at age 12. I spent 10 years in a cult. When I came out of the cult, I sought deliverance at the suggestion of a Catholic priest. But I beat up the priest and left bruised myself. It frightened me so badly I never did anything about it again. "I am now of a sound mind; the voices are gone. I feel clean and fresh inside for the first time I can remember. I don't live in a tiny corner of my mind or outside my body. I live inside now with my Lord." I wish that this woman's experience of childhood seduction was an exception. But I have counseled dozens of adults who can trace their problems back to childhood. That's why it's critical that you teach your children the reality of the spiritual world and equip them to defeat Satan's attempts to seduce them. CHRISTIAN KIDS: ARMED & DANGEROUS We must arm our kids, teaching them that resisting an evil presence in their room is as important as avoiding strangers on the street. Especially with guided imagery, which introduces people to a "spirit guide, " taking place within America's school systems. About 7 years ago, my own daughter complained that she was being withheld from recess, without parental approval, so that she and several other "gifted" children could learn to call upon "friendly bears" to help them in dealing with their problems. Thankfully, I had taught her better than this and she said she would pray when they were told to close their eyes rather than participate (good girl). I was livid! The day after my call to the principal demanding she be withdrawn from the class, I was awakened by the school counselor's call as she attempted to convince me the classes were "just fine" and, as a Christian herself, and as a professional, she could vouch for their validity. Well, you can imagine how well THAT comment was received. Needless to say, my daughter was pulled from the program. The same happened to my second son, by the way. His teacher called to inquire as to why I had not submitted the required paperwork. After all, she said, "all the OTHER parents are submitting THEIR gifted children." Give me a break. Barring very few, public schools are New Age indoctrination centers. Once the "elite" students are pegged, these little leaders of tomorrow are fed a steady diet of well-disguised, one-world, anti-Christian, anti-nationalistic, self-loving, liberal, tree-hugging, mamby-pamby rubbish. Frankly, most who are reading this were part of this program in one way or another. But that's another broadcast. Only this morning, while visiting a friend recovering from an automobile accident, did I see a TV screen in the apartment across the hall, two boys about 7 years of age, looking on as colorful occultic symbols were floating across the screen on the video game they were playing. I'm convinced MANY people hear voices on every socio-economic level, but few are willing to fess up. Psychiatrists prescribe drugs for schizophrenics. A saying among recovering alcoholics is: "Pay no attention to the committee in your head." The legendary Napoleon Hill, author of "Think and Grow Rich," which sold over 7 million copies, was an advisor to two presidents and a friend of the richest and most famous men of the 20th century. He spent 20 years compiling the case histories and money-making methods contained in this book and almost every motivational speaker out there will tell you what a great book it is. In one section of the book, Hill describes the conversations he held with his "Master Mind" group which included many famous DECEASED leaders from the pages of history, which he regularly called upon. At first, these counselors were invited. In time, they came when they were unexpected and uninvited. Ultimately, the man who said, "Whatever the human mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve," was tormented by the very spirit guides over which he thought he had control. According to his own children, Hill was hearing from his unwelcome little friends till he died. Millions have read this book and applied his "success" techniques. Before my salvation, I was among these readers. But that Master Mind stuff is where it got too strange for me, even though a very successful friend of mine gave me the book telling me, "If you're ready for success, the answer will pop out at you from every page." Sure, buddy. I've since enlightened quite a few people whose bosses were encouraging the reading of this "classic." THE BATTLE FOR THE MIND People seldom open up regarding the mental struggle going on in their heads for fear that people will think they're nuts. I've noticed that almost every person who claims they were hearing voices heard things that were of a very demonic nature (1 Tim 4:1). If the things you hear from real people, or from voices in your head, don't line up with Scripture, the source is undeniably demonic... even if it comes from your shrink, your parents, your pastor or priest. Even those with legitimate instances of Disassociative Identity Disorder (DID, more commonly, MPD) should carefully weigh what's being said against the standard of Christ. The following excerpt is from a website I found under the keywords "Hearing Voices." There were literally a quarter of a million sites that included this phrase, from literary and film works to the name of a rock band. Psychiatric sites, gay and lesbian sites, history sites, humor sites, et al. This one was called "Hearing Voices: Rumours of Madness" by a man named Ron Coleman. Here's a portion of the site: Ron Coleman was one of the founding members of the Hearing Voices Network, an international organisation that provides support to people who hear voices. A voice hearer himself, he is now Director of Action Consultancy and Training (a mental health consultancy group) and Publishing House (Handsell publications). The main aims of Ron's talk were to: -
1. Deconstruct the diagnosis of schizophrenia
2. Demonstrate the pragmatic nature of voices or 'verbal hallucinations'
3. Provide a better way of working with people who hear voices
...By accepting the reality of voices, and understanding the consequences of the experience, Ron believed that professionals would be better able to help voice hearers.... Much of Ron's work has been supported by a wide range of research carried out by psychiatrists and psychologists... Yes, psychology and psychiatry are always there to "help." Fallible, afflicted humans helping other afflicted humans. Misery loves company. The blind leading the blind. Doesn't it make sense that when there's a problem with the product we should consult the manufacturer? Even Jesus posed the question, "Can Satan cast out Satan?" (Matt 12:24-27). No, but in our humanistic "we can do it" culture, turning to the God of the Bible isn't too high up on the priority list any more. Sure, "God" gets mentioned quite a bit, but it's not the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. It's certainly not Jesus, who said He was, and proved He was, God incarnate. The following disturbing excerpts are from an article called "Learning to Live with the Voices" by T. Newhouse, from a website called "Mental Health World." ...The voices were loud. They would say hellish things, cruel and violent things about my friends, family, employers. My psychiatrist tried various medications to no avail. For two years I worked full time... despite the loud voices in my head. But I was coming home at night crying and drinking too much to combat the fear and disgust generated by what these voices were saying to me. The next therapist wanted me to see the voices as a "psychic" purification. "Try not to judge what's coming out of you. Think of it as the mind's version of the stomach flu." Because I'm very sensitive, it was hard for me not to judge what the voices were saying. And I continued to be torn by the voices that opposed my own beliefs, my feelings, my spirit.... the voices were very frightening, saying cruel and violent things... Despite [a psychologist's] help, and use of these techniques, I was still terrified by the voices three years after they began. They became progressively worse, until everywhere I looked, a negative hallucination would be triggered. I entered a psychiatric hospital until, thanks to my friends and family, I was able to move home... After a few months of rest, the voices calmed down, but they still interfered. I got on SSI, pursued various classes, and did a little massage...When the voices are the only reality, it's hell on earth. I work on developing beautiful realities by playing and listening to beautiful music, writing poetry, reading books, and meditating. And I remember: "Let the voices have their own reality, but live in your reality." Meditation* is so important because it relaxes me and I can actually experience a divine reality... Lately I've been distressed by a new set of voices speaking against people I love... Sigh. This poor girl went from couch to couch looking for help... drug to drug, New Age techniques included, and she's STILL oppressed by these voices. Whether it's an eating disorder, low self-esteem, rape, incest, etc., the good news is that there IS deliverance through Jesus Christ. "For THIS purpose was the Son of God manifest: to destroy the works of the evil one, " (1 Jn 3:8). Are you hearing voices? I'm convinced that, with a willing heart, a sincere desire to be set free and a determination to do the work necessary, as one relinquishes control of their lives over to One who is bigger than any problem, you can be set free. For the Scripture tells us "those whom the Son sets free are free indeed," (Jn 8:36). Either that's true or it's a lie. My experience is that it absolute truth. Need pastoral counseling and prayer? Buying Self Tanners

By Jeanette Pollock Do you want to get a nice tan without having to go out into the sun? If this sounds like you, you probably want to look into buying a self tanning product. But even though this sounds like an easy task, the fact of the matter is that it can be quite difficult. After all, there are so many of these products available that it can sometimes be hard to choose the one that is right for you. The first thing that you need to know is that you can buy self tanning products at any grocery or drug store. There is no need to go searching around in specialty stores; these options have everything that you could ever need. When you get to the store, you should be ready to search through the different products. Depending on the size of the store you may have to choose from five or ten different options; each one offering its own level of benefits and advantages. The best way to make a decision is by reading the bottle and determining which one will best suit your skin type and personal needs. When you finally get your self tanner home, make sure that you read the directions before you get started. This will go a long way in ensuring that you get the results that you were hoping for. Overall, buying a self tanning product can be difficult. But if you take your time and consider each available option, you should not have any trouble whatsoever. Easy Ways for Great Skin- Essential Tips to Keep Skin Healthy

By Ashley Green Beautiful skin is no miracle. Like everything else, if you want it, you have got to work for it. How do you keep your skin looking its best? I'm no skin expert, but having a skin spa as part of the salon and working with the city's top dermatologists, I have put together these five easy steps to get and keep that healthy glow. 1) Don't Skip the morning essentials: Would you leave the house naked? Your body wouldn't react too well. But that's exactly what you would be doing to your face if you leave home without cleansing, toning, moisturizing and protecting your skin every morning. Complete these steps in order and don't omit any of them. Each one is only effective if used in tandem with the others. Protection is the most important of all. Don't leave home without a sun block. It helps slow down the aging process. Now isn't that a big incentive? 2) Stick to a nightly routine: Haven't you noticed how awful your skin looks after a bad night? That's because the skin repairs itself while we sleep. Your body has the time and energy to repair damaged cells when it is resting and not expending energy defending cells from the sun, pollution etc. Also do not forget to cleanse, followed by a moisturizing routine, using a night cream. PROTECTION IS FOREMOST. DON'T GO OUT WITHOUT A SUNBLOCK. 3) Treat your specific problems: Don't try and cover up your problems because you can cure them. For acne, treatments include glycolic acid cleansers, creams and masks., which help exfoliate whiteheads and blackheads. Long term use of retinol is also known to combat breakouts. The idea is to keep your skin and pores as clean as possible without drying up your skin. For fry, flaky skin use a mild cleanser. Wash your face only when necessary, as water is drying and use a heavier moisturizer. A mild exfoliator once a week is a good idea. For oily skin, choose on oil-free range of products as even acne prone skin needs hydration. Random Tip: Home Remedy for Oily Skin- Take 1/3 cup cocoa, three teaspoons of heavy cream, 1/3 cup ripe papaya, 1/4 cup cup honey and three teaspoons of oatmeal powder. Mix it all together. Apply on your face. After 10 minutes, wash your face with warm water. This is best for oily skin. Eat plenty of raw vegetables, drink 8-10 glasses of water a day to hydrate the skin long before its time. 5) Stop the clock: We are all aware that staying out of the sun is a sure-fire way to prevent future damage such as fine lines, loss of elasticity and discoloration. But the question is, can anything undo the damage already done? It is believed that blended antioxidants and vitamins may significantly repair long-term damage. So there is hope. Besides, these four points here should also be of some help. # Avoid tanning salons- they cause sun damage, premature aging and an increased risk of skin cancer. # Visit your dermatologist annually- to detect and treat any abnormalities in your skin such as moles or freckles etc. # Avoid the sun while taking antibiotics- many medications can make you extra sensitive to the sun # And again, don't forget the sunscreen. Beautiful skin doesn't just happen. You have to work at it but at the end of the day- You' re worth it. Likewise, whenever in doubt related to your make-up, apply a basic kaajal pencil, a mascara and a lip-gloss. It would just compliment you so very well.
